Our company is dedicated exclusively to providing offshore-based recruitment services. Our office is staffed with experienced recruiters, and we invest heavily in our technology, management, and process in support of those recruiters. This environment allows for promotion and advancement opportunities, positive morale, and most importantly high quality recruiting results for your business.

We offer four core services to our clients:

Direct Recruiting
Our Direct Recruiting service involves our recruiters calling into companies to seek out passive candidates who meet specific criteria determined by our client, based on relevant experience, skills, desired compensation, availability, geography, etc., for either a job order or a generic profile (pipelining). We target companies to call into from client provided lists, or lists we develop internally at PSG. Our recruiters call into these companies to find interested candidates, and solicit resumes (or create background profiles) from those candidates. Once a resume is received (if a resume is required) we call the candidate back, pre-qualify them, and pass that information, and the candidate’s resume, along to a senior level recruiter within our client's organization. While we can tailor the hand-off point to each client’s requirements, it typically occurs when our recruiters schedule a phone appointment or in person meeting with a senior level recruiter in our client’s office.

Job Board Recruiting
Our Job Board Recruiting service involves our recruiters sourcing resumes from job boards such as CareerBuilder, Hotjobs, Monster, Dice, or sector specific job boards, and then screening those candidates over the phone to make sure they are still available, finding out what they are looking for, and determining whether they are open to an opportunity you have available. Once we have a screened candidate who is interested, we can either pass on their information to a recruiter in your office, or we can schedule the candidate for a phone or in person interview in your office, depending on your process. For some clients we perform a similar service where we work within our client’s database, updating the profiles of candidates they haven’t spoken to for a certain amount of time. For example, if you have a strong candidate who you interviewed six months ago, but for whatever reason you couldn't place them at the time, our recruiter will call them and find out if they are still open to new opportunities. If they are available, the recruiter will qualify them, update their information in your database, and then either inform one of your recruiters that they're available so they can follow up, or schedule an interview for the candidate on the phone or in your office.

Advanced Research Support
With this service our researchers source active and passive candidates who meet specific criteria determined by our clients, based on desired compensation, geography, etc., for either a job order or a generic profile (pipelining). For active candidates we’ll search free and fee based job boards that you subscribe to for resumes, and provide you a screened set of candidates for your review. For passive candidates we’ll perform deep web research to find candidates who are not actively looking, and deliver you the name, company, title and contact information of appropriate candidates. We may also find resumes that are not posted on job boards through passive searching. If appropriate, we will process resumes sourced and job posting responses to ensure only candidates that are a fit for your job order or niche are entered into your database.

New Business Lead Generation
For this service our clients typically provide us a list of job titles, target companies, or target sectors that they are trying to generate job orders from. Our reps then find candidates who fit the required criteria, either from job boards or through seeking out passive candidates. At that point we’ll contact candidates, and in addition to screening them for any job openings you may have, we’ll work to generate leads both by finding out what other positions the candidates are interviewing for, and by determining the contact information of the candidate’s former managers. We then compile the information and deliver you two lists: one of open job orders and one of managers (each entry includes company name, contact name, contact title, and contact phone/email, and for open job orders, the relevant position information). Both lists will be for the companies, job titles, etc., that you specify to us.
