Description:
This is a unique opportunity to join the Los Angeles office of a high-growth company selling outsourced recruiting services to staffing firms and corporate HR departments. The sales consultant will join a small team in an inside sales capacity, taking prospective clients through a consultative sales process that stresses the quality and cost advantages of our offerings.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Driving inside sales efforts targeting the $5M-$100M revenue segment of the staffing/recruiting industry.
• Leading company presentations
• Acting as client liaison during implementation, ensuring that service quality expectations are met/exceeded.
• Maintaining client relationship for initial six month period of engagement, before transitioning relationship to client management team.

Requirements
• Three or more years of experience selling to senior executives of small and mid-sized companies.
• Experience in selling business services required; Experience in selling staffing services preferred.
• A proven track record of superior sales performance at reputable organizations.
• Superior communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to quickly understand a client's business process is essential.
