PSG Global Solutions is the leading provider of outsourced recruiting services for the US staffing industry. We support a wide range of US staffing companies, ranging from single-office firms to top ten staffing companies. Our clients are located throughout the US (plus a handful in Canada), and operate in a variety of specialties, including IT, healthcare, administrative/clerical, engineering, accounting/finance, light industrial, and skilled trades. About 65% of the work we do is contract, with the balance direct hire.


Aaron Green
Aaron Green is co-founder of PSG Global Solutions. Aaron is also President and founder of Professional Staffing Group (PSG), a Boston-based temporary and direct hire staffing firm that staffs office support, creative, technical, and financial positions. Aaron has grown PSG into one of the largest staffing firms in Massachusetts by developing innovative solutions to clients’ and candidates’ staffing challenges. Aaron serves on the Executive Committee of the American Staffing Association as Treasurer of the organization (the ASA is a nonprofit trade organization whose members account for 85% of U.S. staffing industry sales). Aaron was a pioneer in utilizing offshore recruiters in the staffing industry, having first used offshore recruiters in his own company in 2006, before expanding to provide offshore recruiters to other staffing firms.

Vivek Padmanabhan
Vivek Padmanabhan is co-founder of PSG Global Solutions. Prior to founding PSG, Vivek was Senior Vice President for Global Shared Services at eTelecare Global Solutions, a publicly traded business process outsourcing company. In this role, he managed the majority of eTelecare's operational support groups, including Recruiting, Training, Quality and Workforce Management. Vivek has had extensive experience in international business, having operated in North America, Europe and Asia. Most recently, he spent 18 months operating on the ground in the Philippines, during which period eTelecare grew by over 65%. Vivek joined eTelecare by way of McKinsey and Company, where he was based out of the Munich and Berlin offices, and worked across a number of industries including IT, automotive and private equity. Vivek holds an International MBA from The University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business with concentrations in strategy, finance and entrepreneurship, an MS in Computational Mechanics from Duke University and a BTech from IIT Madras.

Brian Cotter
Brian Cotter is co-founder of PSG Global Solutions. Prior to founding PSG, Brian was Vice President of Operations for eTelecare Global Solutions. In this role Brian managed a $60M division with 1,500 onshore and offshore employees. Brian joined eTelecare from Bain & Company, where he worked as a senior consultant for clients across a range of industries, including technology and financial services. Additionally, Brian worked for Bain’s Private Equity Group, advising private equity investors on acquisition candidates in a variety of service industries, including the staffing industry. Earlier in his career Brian was a trader at Fidelity Investments, where he was the lead trader for one of Fidelity’s fixed income trading desks. He holds a BS from Bryant College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, and an MBA from The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, where he was a double major in Entrepreneurship and Strategy.

Jim Franke
Jim Franke is co-founder of PSG Global Solutions. Prior to founding PSG, Jim was Founder and President of eTelecare Global Solutions, where he grew the company from inception to over $200M in revenues in seven years, culminating with an IPO in 2007. Under Jim’s leadership, eTelecare became a leading partner for companies such as American Express, AT&T, and TimeWarner, and developed into one of the most respected and awarded companies in the BPO industry. Previously, Jim was a consultant at McKinsey and Company’s Los Angeles office. Jim holds a BS from Duke University and an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
